CLASSIC PAINTINGS, MODERN ADVENTURES Fine oil paintings by Paul Augustinus of scenes from Africa, Asia, Europe and North America with a bias towards subject matter depicting wildlife, especially large sweeping landscapes of Northern Botswana, Namibia, and the rainforests of Congo and Gabon. The "oeuvre" of this artist also includes Orientalist styled scenes of the Swahili Coast town of Lamu in Kenya as well as classic bird paintings. The Sal forests of central India, Red deer country in Spain and the tundra and mountains of Alaska have also provided inspiration for many of this artists paintings. ...................................................................
